Mattea Mrkusic is a researcher with Okapi Productions. Previously she was an editorial intern for Years of Living Dangerously, the Emmy-award winning climate change series. Her research experience includes working for Refugees International, UN Youth Australia, and the Kiribati Climate Action Network in the island nation of Kiribati. At Harvard College, where she is a fourth-year student in Environmental Studies and Human Rights, she serves as the Senior Multimedia Editor of Harvard Political Review. Currently, she is producing a multimedia project called Collapse the Distance, detailing the climate-change migration crisis in Kiribati.
